Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mcuci2. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the mcuci2 platform. Continued use of any mcuci2 service constitutes your ongoing acceptance.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the mcuci2 website, mobile interface, applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the mcuci2 brand ("mcuci2", "we", "us", "our").

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mcuci2 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mcuci2 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Malaysian players must independently assess their obligations under applicable local laws before participating.
2.5 mcuci2 operates under internationally recognised gaming licensing frameworks. Registration on the Platform constitutes your acknowledgment that you are participating voluntarily and in compliance with any laws applicable to your location.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mcuci2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
3.2 You must notify mcuci2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. mcuci2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 You must not share your account with any other person, allow third parties to place wagers on your behalf, or transfer your account to any other individual.
3.4 mcuci2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide requested documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
4.1 All deposits to your mcuci2 wallet must be made using payment methods officially listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank FPX. Third-party or anonymous payment methods are not permitted.
4.2 mcuci2 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with the withdrawal limits and processing times stated in the Platform's cashier section.
4.4 mcuci2 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Funds held in your mcuci2 wallet do not accrue interest. mcuci2 is not a financial institution and your wallet balance does not constitute a deposit in the banking sense.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by mcuci2 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and time limits.
5.2 Bonus funds must be distinguished from cash balance. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.3 mcuci2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to alter the terms of any ongoing promotion, at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or where operational requirements necessitate such changes.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or using automated means to fulfil wagering requirements — will result in the immediate voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as permanent account suspension.
5.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Only one welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address applies.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on mcuci2 are final once confirmed. mcuci2 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error on the mcuci2 Platform is demonstrably responsible for an incorrect bet placement.
6.2 mcuci2 reserves the right to void any bet where the underlying event or outcome is subject to fraud, match-fixing, or where the odds were manifestly in error at the time of placement.
6.3 For live casino games, the outcome recorded by the game server constitutes the binding result. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round outcome is determined by the game server and will be credited or settled accordingly once connectivity is restored.
6.4 Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-term averages. Individual session outcomes will vary and are not guaranteed to match published averages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcuci2 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the mcuci2 Platform — including but not limited to the mcuci2 brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of mcuci2 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any mcuci2 content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 The mcuci2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mcuci2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any Platform feature or service.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcuci2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party failures.
9.3 mcuci2's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their mcuci2 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 mcuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling on the mcuci2 Platform is intended as entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.
10.2 mcuci2 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered members: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.3 If you believe your gambling behaviour has become problematic, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account Settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent access to all mcuci2 gaming products for the specified period.

11.1 mcuci2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable ground to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, mcuci2 may retain any funds in the account as compensation for losses incurred by mcuci2 or third parties as a result of the User's breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.
11.3 Users who wish to voluntarily close their mcuci2 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining eligible cash balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mcuci2 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents mcuci2 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
